Return and Refund Policies:
Our merchandise is 100% Authentic and is purchased only from factories where the product is made. We do not use grey market or closeout sources. Therefore, in order to keep our prices as low as possible our refund policy is as follows:
Refunds can be obtained within 30 days of purchase for any unused merchandise in its original purchase condition and packaging, except Wigs, Human and Synthetic Hair, Hair Extensions due to Pennsylvania State Health Regulations.
Each return should be preauthorized. Please email us at info@houseofbeautyworld.com for the Return Authorization Number (RAN). Your will get a response withing 24 - 48 hours. Any unauthorized return is subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
Shipping charges are non refundable
HouseOfBeautyWorld.com refund policies on appliances and fragrances are as following: If for any reason you decide to return an appliance and/or fragrances, you will only be able to get 50% of the price in a form of store credit. You will be able to use your store credit with your next purchase. Appliances and fragrances are also eligible for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Each item has to be in its original purchase condition and packaging. For more details, please check our Exchange Policies.
- You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
- Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.
- To make an exchange or obtain a refund, notify us of your request. We will respond within 48 hours by providing you with a return authorization number and address to ship your purchase.
- Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
We guarantee all appliances for 14 days from the date of purchase. If your appliance becomes defective within 14 days of purchase, we will replace the appliance for you at no cost. After 14 days, all appliances are covered under the manufacturer's warranty (see Warranty Information).
To receive a return authorization from us for a defective appliance covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact us via e-mail at info@houseofbeautyworld.com requesting a return authorization number and instructions. Please be sure to provide us with your order number. A return authorization number and instructions will be e-mailed to you.
Please know that you have the option of returning your defective appliances to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. All appliances come with the warranty from 6 months to 3 years, depending on manufacturers.
Exchange Policy
Customer's satisfaction is our goal. In order for our customers to be satisfied we allow one exchange per order. Any exchange requests must be made within 5 business days after the shipment is delivered by the carrier (i.e. UPS/ USPS). All exchanges or returns must be preauthorized. An EAN will only be issued for qualifying items. Contact us at: info@houseofbeautyworld.com for an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and instructions on how to exchange a product. You will have 10 days from the date of the EAN to send us your exchange item(s). No exchanges may be made after the 10 day period has expired.

Product Eligibility
- Eligible product(s): must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
- Items not eligible for exchange: Special Orders and Wholesale Orders.
- If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized.
Exchange Fees: A 10% restocking fee and shipping charges apply to all exchanges. If the sales price of the item being returned is greater than the item requested, we will apply the difference in price toward shipping cost.
Note: If you receive style/color help from our experts and the suggestions are not satisfactory, exchange fees and/or handling fees are not waived. Please choose carefully.
Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order.
Balances are issued as store credit only and can be used at any time during 1 year from the day store credit issued.
To ensure your exchange goes smoothly, please do the following only after you are sure your item(s) is eligible:
1. Email info@houseofbeautyworld.com to request your RA number. You will receive an email response with your RA number and instructions on how to exchange and return the product. Please allow up to 2 business days for response.
2. If order was placed by phone or mail and there is no access to email; please call us at 1-877-993-2889 in order to get an Exchange Authorization Number
3. Exchange items must be returned to HouseOfBeautyWorld.com within 10 days from receipt of the RA number. Once House of Beauty receives your exchange package, please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange process to complete.
How to Prepare Your Exchange Package
Outside of Package:
1. The Exchange Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible Exchange Authorization Number will be refused.
2. Ship item(s) in a sturdy cardboard box as damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.

Store Credits
Credits are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) on House of Beauty. To redeem store credit you must call us at 1-877-993-2889 and place your order with a phone representative. Store credits expire in 1 year.
Backorders
If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us at 1-877-993-2889 or email at info@houseofbeautyworld.com
Cancellation Fees
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 25% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 12 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.
NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
If you provide an incorrect address to ship and we need to reroute your package, UPS rerouting fee is $15.00. International/Post Office shipments can not be rerouted.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, customs or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. CREDIT CARDS/DEBIT CARDS:
When you place an order, we will do an "authorization" of your card for the amount of the order and your bank may place a "hold" on your account for the amount of the transaction. When your order is shipped, we will "settle" the transaction and that is when your card will be charged. This means that we do not actually bill your card until your order is shipped. If your order has been modified, the amount that is billed may be different than the original authorization. If you placed your order with a debit card, you may see the original authorization as a "pending" transaction until your order is shipped and the transaction is settled. This is when the final amount is actually charged to your card. Please note that it may take a few days for the final amount to show up on your bank statement. We do not have any control over your bank's policies and procedures, so please contact them for any further details. If your order is modified and the total is more than the original authorization, it may be necessary for us to do an additional authorization to your card for the extra amount. In this case, you may see more than one authorization and/or settled transaction on your credit card.
If it is necessary to cancel an order placed with a debit card, we do not have any way of "cancelling" or "releasing" an authorization. Only your bank can do this. The authorization will eventually expire and the "hold" on your account will be released, but the amount of time is determined by your bank and we do not have access to that information. However, we can usually cause the "hold" to be cleared in a few days by simply charging your card for $0.01 (1 cent). We would like to be able to release an authorization hold on a debit card, but due to the design of the Visa/MasterCard system, we have no way of doing it. For further details, please contact your bank.
All of our prices are in US Dollars and all credit card charges and refunds will be made in US Dollars. If you use an international (non-US) credit card, you may be charged foreign currency conversion fees by your bank. We are happy to accept international credit cards and we DO NOT add any extra fees for using them. However, we have no control over exchange rates and cannot be responsible for any fees that may be charged by your bank.
Fraud & Theft
Credit Card Fraud and Theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted.
